Available November 1st (possibly sooner). -LOCATION: The apartment is two miles from UCA, in the Smoking Oaks neighborhood, near Kroger, Round Mountain Coffee, and the Tucker Creek bike trail. -RENT: Month-to-month. $500/month plus $500 security deposit. -The apartment is approximately 300 square feet and includes a walk-in closet, 3/4 bathroom and kitchenette w/air fryer, two-burner hot plate, microwave, mini-fridge, and toaster oven. -Window AC/heater unit, separate electric hot water tank, smoke alarm and ceiling fan. -The apartment is attached to the main house but has a private entrance through the back yard. There is no direct access to the main house. -The backyard and patio are shared spaces with me, my wife, and daughter (when in town). We live in the main house. -Pets: A small dog (no aggressive breeds) or cat are allowed with a non-refundable $200 pet deposit per pet. -REFERENCES: References from previous landlord and current employer. -SMOKING and GUNS: Absolutely no firearms or smoking allowed. -QUIET: Occasional guest or small gatherings are fine (will be spelled out in rental agreement), but, because this is a shared space and quiet neighborhood, no loud parties or excessively loud music please. -LAUNDRY: The laundry room has a separate entrance from the side of the house and is shared with the main house. -PARKING: Street parking. -DOG: Must get along with my very personable German Shepherd mix Clara!
