    If you like trees, this is the place for you! There are so many varieties and sizes of trees on this property including Post & Live Oaks, Pecan, Cedar, Mesquite, Elm, Willow and others unknown. The property is mostly heavily wooded (so thick you can't even drive a UTV) with an overgrown sandy- loam field that is approx 12 acres. Soil would be great for growing coastal Bermuda grass or another improved grass. If you like privacy, the field is surrounded by large trees and the only thing you can see are a few wind turbines to the north. There will need to be some clearing work done to drive a vehicle other than a UTV into the property. This could make a great little hunting or weekend getaway if you don't mind roughing it a little since electric and water are not currently present.
