Two smaller guest sleeping cabins next door, and several rustic campsite spots are cleared and ready for campers of tents as well. Camp has a drilled well and is powered off grid by a large military grade diesel generator. Great hunting for deer and grouse and of course, black bear in the area. Fishing at Greenwood Reservoir is outstanding for pike, bass, crappie and walleye and has a well maintained public boat launch. Camp has been used by the current owner only seasonally as they run a professional bear hunting guide service from it. Good history of successful returning hunting groups every year for bear season.
