This is a very nice agriculture property that is currently being used Sudan hay production. Although I would not classify this as a great hunting tract it does offer plenty of hunting opportunities for deer, turkey, hogs and when planted in milo in the past provided fantastic dove hunting. There is a nice grove of beautiful Liveoak trees to build near. The Shive Community is a very friendly community that was started in 1867 and would be a great place to live.. St Paul Lutherine church is just down the road and still active, Shive Volunteer fire depot is less than a mile away, Hamilton ISD is exemplary, Hamilton General Hospital is one of the best in the state. This would be a great place to make home.
