This is an all-around top notch property! The ground is mostly high ground with exception of a couple lower areas. The high ground has excellent wide trails cut throughout the property leading to virtually all areas of the property for excellent access to various areas. These trails make hunting, hiking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or cross country skiing the property a whole lot easier and a ton more fun vs busting brush on a non-improved type property. Or having to go through all the grunt work of getting trails marked, cut and built up like these. While walking the property I noticed several areas with deer tracks and other types of deer sign. I had my lab with and he kicked up several grouse as well which was a good sign as well considering the time of year. A couple nice openings just a ways in from the gate to drop in a camper or to build a potential cabin or home. Lots of lakes and snowmobiling trails nearby. This one is a must see!!
