The property fronts on Lowndes County Highway 7 and has a good network of interior roads. Approximately 117 acres of this property are under a CRP contract. Loblolly pines were planted under this contract circa 1992. The timber has been thinned twice leaving a good stand of mature pines and hardwoods along the drains. Tucker Branch crosses the west side of the property and there is a pond located in the southwest corner of the property. The topography on this tract is gently rolling. The property is located in Section 5, Township 13 North-Range 12 East. Approximate distance to major cities: Selma 21 miles, Montgomery 36 miles, and Pensacola 120 miles.
