So whether a lot is priced lower or higher, or is larger or smaller, or is on the water or off the water, there is a very good chance that any lot in Forbes is one of the vast majority that has most or all of these (very costly) negative features. So be careful not to buy based simply on price or size of lot without finding out how much it will cost to get electricity run to a lot (from SW Electric) , how much a septic system will cost you or if one can even be permitted based on a soil test by a soil scientist. There are even many un-buildable lots in Forbes. THIS LOT IS ONE OF THE FEW FORBES LOTS THAT HAS ALL GOOD FEATURES needed for building an easily and inexpensively on the lot.
