Hello and thank you for checking our listing. We are a small family that has converted their spare room into an efficiency with a private entrance. This is a single family home located in a cul-de-sac. The space we offer is very comfortable for a single person and can fit up to 2. There are a lot of places of interest within 2 miles. There is a coin Laundry, supermarket, and lots of great restaurants. Rent includes Water, Electricity, Wireless Internet, TV with Roku stick, Refrigerator, and an induction cooktop with cookware. We have a large sleeper sofa which converts to a queen size bed. we also included a 3 inch memory foam for additional sleeping comfort. along with 2 pillows and sheets to sleep on. Please know we do not allow smoking of any kind. That includes vaping. We do not allow pets as there is not a lot of space for large pets. But are willing to negotiate terms. Guests are allowed. We only ask to be mindful and respectful of the noise and time. If your guest plans to stay, please know we will raise the rent to cover the utility usage. We are willing to allow 1 day a week for the guest to stay without a rent penalty. If you want the guest to stay more often, we can negotiate a fixed monthly payment for the both of you.
