There is absolutely nothing this apartment needs, full kitchen with modern appliances and as some added incentives I will leave the 42 inch flat screen television that is mounted on the wall. Included in the rent is also a parking space located right outside the bedroom window.<br>I will also leave the bedroom air conditioner which has already been set up in the window.
