This is a rental for a huge 18 feet by 4 feet room with a big closet. This is a beautiful apartment. It is non smoking but both roomates smoke outside. The apartment is furnished already and includes a laundry room with an Electrolux washer and dryer. There are locks on each door. There is 1 bathroom to share. This is on the 3rd floor. There is parking in the rear. We have a herb garden in the back along with a balcony with the herb garden as a view. The new roomate will have to pay 1/3 the electric and cable which isnt that much. The cable would be around $30. Anyone interested please give one of us a call or an email.
