The yard has a parking lot for renters with enough availabilities for renters to have a guest parking their car, making it much easier to have people over. After leaving the lovely front yard, walking down towards the water, you would find many ways to enjoy the outdoors, including two lounge chairs, a two-person hammock, and two comfortable chairs with a small table in between ready for you to have your coffee while watching the sunrise. 12 min drive to ocean beach or golf course. A 6 min drive to highly rated restaurants and shops. 400 square feet. There is a comfy queen bed and twin floor mattress. Sheets and towels are available for use. Many blankets for different seasons. 2 comfy chairs with a TV and views of the lake thru all windows. a cute small dining /office area with available silverware and dishware. The kitchenette includes pots and pans,freezer and refrigerator. Including a toaster oven, a Keurig K coffee maker, bathroom with shower and private washer/dryer room. Only 1 small dog is allowed; an extra $300/month is needed. $200 flat fee for utilities and hot water. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed.
