The property begins on the west side of I-81, fronting on Edella. Where Edella turns north, it is the west boundary of the parcel. It is zoned R1 residential. The north end is about across Edella from house number 645. There are waterway easements, making building on much of it unlikely. I measured out an area on the south end where I think a house would fit. I put 2 orange stakes in where the back of a house might fit and stay far enough away from the waterway. I think the stake closest to I-81 is about 63 feet from the I-81 fence line. There is also an area nearer the N end where a narrow house might fit. It hasn’t been surveyed and would need to be to be certain a house would fit OK. The zip code is 18411.
