We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! (2) The second bedroom has a Full-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom is downstairs and has a Full-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom (4) Also downstairs, the fourth bedroom has TWO Twin over Full-size bunk beds. Perfect for the kids! The house is located at the end of a secluded dirt road. Downtown Eureka is just a short drive away! Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Please do not use the fireplace. - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, WiFi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
