The property has a 30 foot wide right of way access from Farrington Hollow Road. The access is graveled at the entrance and is natural stone going up the hill to the property. The property had timber harvested last year that created and opened many great trails for hiking, hunting and ATV’ing here. There is good accessibility to all parts of the property. All roads and trails were bulldozed back into shape and are currently in excellent condition. The harvest removed the more mature trees and the forest still has a good stocking of young timber that will provide revenue again in the future.
