I have recently remodeled most of this one bedroom house with hardwood floors and a newly redesigned kitchen and new appliances. We are surrounded by many acres of woods and pastures in a private setting on a paved dead end road. This house has a very large yard with large mature trees. This house is about one mile from Square and two miles from the U of A campus. This house may be occupied by not more than two persons total. A child counts as a person. Peace and quiet are treasured and required for the sake of all persons living on our hill. We prefer someone who is capable and willing to house sit our pets and house next door. Rent could be adjusted for that tenant who is comfortable with and knowledgeable about horses and who could occasionally take care of our home next door and our animals including dogs, cats, one horse when we go on vacation. If you have your own horse, we might allow you to use our pasture, arena, and barn and share in their feeding, etc. no smoking or cats or dogs. limited parking. respect for neighbors (three other houses) on this private road.
