Located approximately 12± miles from the town of Ridgway and 22± miles from Montrose, both offer amenities like shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and entertainment venues.  World class skiing can be had at Telluride Ski Resort, approximately 62± miles from the ranch.  Fishing can be found in every direction from the Black Canyon of Gunnison, San Miguel River, Dolores River, Blue Mesa, or Ridgway Reservoirs, just to name a few.  Simply put, the ranch is a recreational haven.
