1794893. Im 24yrs old and own a 3 bedroom house with 2 Rooms available. The rooms are 10x13 and 10x11. Somewhat small but fit queen size beds and dresser and enough furnishings to live comfortably. Brand new remodeled house in nice neighborhood. Looking for someone dependable male or female ages 21-40. I could go as low as someone 18 but I prefer someone over 21 because we drink in the house and would like to avoid the complications that come with a minor. Myself in the master and 1 roommates lives in the converted garage. Looking for for inside rooms. AC, washer/dryer and full house priviliges including kitchen and you can use my pots/pans etc. Utilities are NOT included. PGE ranges from 45-70 a month depending on AC usage. TV/Internet are 25 a month, expected to be payed wether you just watch tv or just use the wifi. Water is every other month and is usually around 40-50. 1 bathroom, shower, no tub.
