I have 80 acres, with a fully furnished hunting cabin south of Alamosa, Colorado that is surrounded by the Rio Grande National Forrest. This area has tremendous Elk hunting and is in an " over the counter" unit (80). Several Bulls have been killed just below my cabin in the National Forrest, with bow and gun. Forrest Road 254 dead ends at my property line. I have several pictures available if someone is seriously interested.My cabin has propane stoves for heating and cooking and a solar panel for 12 volt lighting and water pump. Tables, beds, linens, kitchen products,etc, etc, all go with this property. The cabin has a new .26 gauge metal roof and sits at 9400' elevation just behind the Hot Creek Management Area.
