I rent one bedroom only, for one person, non smoker: a full bathroom, on a 2d floor in a nice house, in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a shared laundry, a kitchen, a loft with 3D TV, and a massage chair. There is a treadmill available. You can use a stair lift on a 2d floor. You are going to live with two owners of this house. I work in healthcare and prefer to have tenants from travel healthcare: I live 15 min from UCHealth in Fort Collins or Loveland. It is 1,5-2,5h from different ski resorts. I am available for tours almost every day from 2-3pm, sometimes in the evenings. I want to start with one month rental and then extend it if you need. I prefer text msgs or emails to reschedule a tour. All included
