Noise Tenants and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 6 am as a courtesy to the neighbors. 7. Kitchen Sink Please drain only non-solidifying liquids. Please discard all food debris, cooking oils/fats/grease & coffee grounds into trash. 8. Bathroom Toilet Please flush only toilet paper & natural waste. No "flushable" feminine hygiene items, wipes, paper towels or trash. 9. No Stickers Or Nails On Walls Do not use any stickers, nails, or other items on walls. 10. Damage Do not damage anything in the house or on the property. 11.
