This private home is tucked away on a beautiful ten acre modest horse farm. The location of the rental home is in the back of the property. The property backs up to River Rise Preserve State Park with woods that line the entire back of the property. The home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, and a large den. You are welcome to utilize the den as a fourth bedroom if you prefer, although there is no closet in this room. All three bedrooms have walk in closets and plenty of storage space. The property is 40 minutes from Gainesville and about 30 minutes from Lake City. There is a chain link fence surrounding the home for the protection of your pet. The property is also fully fenced and cross fenced, with a double gate at the front of the property. We do not mind a well-mannered dog on property, but they must remain in the chain link area around the home. Unfortunately, any dogs on the "dangerous list" with my insurance will not be able to move in due to liability purposes. I apologize in advance. The home has a very large RV garage and shed available to use. The horse farm is located at the front of the property. We have our personal horses here, but we are respectful of space and privacy. We will handle all lawn maintenance around the horse farm and you will be responsible for the lawn maintenance around the home and up to the horse farm area, which is approximately 4 acres. If you are a horse lover and looking to board your equine family member with us, we would love to have you. We are only a couple miles from the River Rise State Park entrance for an easy commute to the trail head. We are approximately 25 minutes to San Felasco State Park, if you prefer riding at this location. Board fees for your horse can be waived in the event you are able to aid with feeding/ stall cleaning for the farm. If you do not own a horse but are willing to aid at the farm, we can discuss a reduced rent/ rebate options. Renters are responsible for electric and internet. Owner will cover the gas fees for the stove. It is included in the rent. No smoking or vaping. One dog is allowed, although there is a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $500.00. I also require a once-a-year shampooing of the carpets (there are carpets in three bedrooms), at renter's expense to ensure cleanliness. No cats please.
