Small in-laws cottage in a nice, historic, neighborhood near downtown Fullerton. Small kitchenette (inlcudes refrigerator, microwave, toaster over, and hot plate). The private patio is perfect for BBQs or enjoying a nice day. Walking distance from downtown Fullerton and the train station (10-15 minutes through the neighborhood). The place is small, but good for a single person, or perhaps a couple (but it'll get a bit tight!). Great for students given the proximity to CSUF. No laundry. No pets. Parking is on the street, but there is always plenty. The bedroom has a newer (newer than pictured) AC window unit. Entire unit has central heating (gas). Both the heater and AC can be controlled remotely via an app on your phone. It's possible that the unit will be available as early as 8/9, but that depends on painters and cleaners. Tenant pays 20% of main property electric bill (based on sq ft, and usually is under $50 a month) and trash/water/sewer (bill is usually around $300 every other month). Tenant pays gas, and cable/internet directly to utility company. 12 month lease to start, month-to-month after, with 30 days notice required.
