The open-concept living/kitchen area is perfect for gathering, watching TV, and creating family meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find a foosball table, an arcade game, a sleeper sofa, and a TV. Children may need monitoring when using the stairs. Guest bedrooms one and two have king-size beds, a TV, and attached bathrooms with a shower/tub combo. The youngsters will enjoy the designated "bunk" room with 2 twin/twin bunk beds. There is a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This home has internet to keep you connected and stream your favorite shows and movies. You enter the password information provided in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets sitting on the deck or watch for the many varieties of birds that flock to this area. Downstairs, you will find the covered area shady and great for hanging out with family, or eating something scrumptious cooked on the charcoal grill. In this neighborhood, you have access to the children's playground, a community swimming pool, and a Community Lounge Area. Please follow directions and safety rules in the pool area. (No Life Guards on Duty.) When the sand and waves call out, you are a short vehicle or golf cart ride to the beach. After a day on the beach, rinse off in the downstairs shower. You will have an amazing time at this beauty with all the amenities.
