Beautiful home on a quiet cul de sac offering a garden-level suite for the winter months. Close to Mines, bonfire burritos, downtown, and Natural Grocers. Well-behaved dogs with their well-behaved owners are welcome! All utilities are included and the space comes fully furnished. This section of the home is completely separate from the rest of the home, however, you will hear noises from above. We do provide white noise machines but if you are sensitive to noise this might not be for you. We use this as an Airbnb during the summer months, so this lease term would only be for winter months. We are open to doing 30 day - 3 month lease. Pets allowed with pet rent and deposit.
