No well or septic. The county soil evaluation can be seen online and shows the left side with the gravel drive should have no problem passing a perc test. The creek is permanent, not just a wet area. Wildlife traces are everywhere. Deer fox rabbit frogs raccoon and an abundance of birds visit the creek. Found something somewhere else I like a lot better, is why I'm selling.
