Sweet, stand-alone 1 Bd/1 Ba cottage in quiet neighborhood off 174, 6 mins to downtown GV and 7 mins to Brunswick Basin Please read through all info below, we will not accept applications from people who have not toured the cottage One bedroom, ~432 sq. ft. cottage is on same property as landlord's home but is separated by a 6" fence and has a private outdoor graveled area; Washer and dryer in unit; Gas stove; Gas wall heater; Window a/c unit; Full bathroom with shower, no tub; Off street parking on gravel driveway with room for two cars; Water and electricity are included in rent; Tenant pays for gas (through PG&E), Garbage and Internet/Cable; Fast internet is available (Comcast), but there is zero cell service through any carrier so you must use Wi-Fi calling; No mail delivery to cottage but you can get a free PO Box at the nearby Cedar Ridge post office; Cats are accepted and there is an RFID cat door already installed; Dogs are not accepted; Maximum cottage occupancy = 2 people; No smoking or vaping indoors; No cigarette smoking on property. Currently, the cottage is partially furnished, but some or all furnishings can be removed before move in at renter's request. Process: Message for the address and tell us a little about yourself.
