    3 bed 2 bath original brick home centrally located in the upstate of Greenville, SC. This property is less than 2 mi (~5 minute drive) from Prisma Health Upstate medical campus and about a 7 minute drive to Downtown Greenville. Chestnut Hills is a quiet neighborhood close to the Augusta Street shopping and dining centers (~3 miles, bike lanes available). The home is fully furnished, peaceful and practical with the third bedroom set up as a dual guest room/home office. Master and second bedrooms host queen beds and ample storage space for organization. Both bathrooms have upgraded shower heads/faucets, and the home is suited with a tankless gas water heater so you never run out of hot water. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, chaise, and arm chair, as well as book shelves and a 55" smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook your favorite comfort meals. The dinning area off the kitchen has french doors that open all the way onto the patio outdoor living space. The fireflies and crickets can't wait to host you in the large grassy backyard. The garage is set up to be utilized for home work outs, indoor/outdoor overflow living space, and storage space, including a mounted wall bike rack. The laundry room is outfitted with an LG smart washer/dryer, shelving for storage, extra linens, and drying rack. Base monthly rent includes all utilities (water, electrical, gas, internet/wifi, full yard service). Pets are negotiable case by case. Lease agreements are structured around traveling professionals with a 3 month minimum. Rent is paid on a month to month basis. Absolutely no smoking/vaping on any part of the property - a breech of this policy will require termination of the lease and may require withholding security deposit for any elimination of smoke damages. The garage is set up to be a clean and secure storage space as well as a work out space, protected from bugs with a full screen. Because of this, parking in the garage is not allowed, but can be negotiated case by case. I do not require renters insurance but I strongly encourage it, as it will cover you for any damages or losses while on the property (this is not covered under my home insurance). Tenant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the home and for prompt notification to landlord (myself) of any maintenance concerns.
