Approximately "3 ACRES of Land" located about 1.8 miles down on Griggstown Road (Hwy 1712), off of Hwy 68. Directions: Coming from Dravenville KY traveling toward Paducah on Highway 68 E, drive approximately 5.3 miles on US Hwy 68 E. When you begin to approach a sharp curve in the road where a used car lot is you will see a road called Bright Lane. It is the road on the left just before Hwy 1712 (Griggstown Road). You will also pass the "1 mile" marker sign. Then, the last mailbox just before the "3 acres of land" will be a green mailbox with the number "3284" on it. Immediately after that mailbox will be the "3 acre lot" on the LEFT side of the road. It should have a "For Sale by Owner" sign on it with the phone # 270-331-0726.
