This is a five month rental from October 1, 2019 till March 1, 2020. I will be doing a short-term stint internationally for business and looking for a renter for my place. Back room for storage. 3 minute drive to the high speed ferry to NYC. My fiance and I both work in the Manhattan and do the commute everyday. Some of the best views in Monmouth County overlooking Sea Bright and Sandy Hook. Easy walk to the beach. Walking access to Hartshorne Trails for hikers or mountain bikers. Great restaurants and bars a short driving distance. Amble parking spots. The apartment is fully furnished and we are looking to leave as much as possible. Happy to work with the renter for whatever suits their needs. The renter will have to pay for the cable and electricity. Since this is a short term lease, I'd ideally like to leave the bills in my name and just send you the bill every month. Please do not hesitate to reach out and inquiry about the property.
