Our adorable Beach Cottage on Sunset Point is steps to the surf, and long sandy beaches . A very quiet spot seeking quiet respectful tenants. Located almost beachfront on the ocean end on beautiful Sunset pt. (far from Kam hwy. noise). Walk the white sandy beach for miles in either direction. This stand alone Cottage is offered by the month 1-6 months to 2 people max. We will not sign a year lease. Possible 6 months max. Listen to the waves, birds in the morning, enjoy the shaded lanai in a beautiful private locking yard. Enjoy two bicycles to explore from Sunset pt to Waimea Bay. The parking is for one and is enclosed also. We have extensive landscaping for privacy, w hidden fences and very high hedges. We have grown privacy from our second story neighbors for the past 24 years. The Cottage yard is a lovely lush garden with a private pedestrian gate to beach that locks, and other to parking area. A small covered lanai w two elephant bamboo cushioned chairs. * Max occupancy two adults. Please do not inquire if you are more. Please do not inquire w pets, or if you need to entertain visitors. *additional guests fees would apply. Main bedroom has a queen bed & dresser. second tiny bonus bedroom has a twin, and AC. This room could be an office. Both bedrooms have a dresser, AC, large windows. There are no real closets in bedrooms. There is a small hanging space each room, and a small cabinet closet in living room next to bathroom. We live in the separated main house where we have our own front yard. We do not enter back yard without communication . We are nicely separated w fences and trees; yet close. Our laundry is a shared space in our carport next to the parking. We do not have children or pets; and we are quiet people. We seek respectful quiet tenants for a quiet neighborhood. Minimum stay 30 consecutive nights is the law and requirement. Do not inquire for less than 30 nights please, We are a surf family of 3 adults that enjoy our lush peaceful property. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful ; and we want to be the same. *Also it's a non smoking property. This Cottage is a special place next to the beach with lovely Tradewinds majority of the time. Day or night the sand is steps away to a long sandy beach w great swimming spot year round . We have amazing surf Oct-May. Closest beach has an outer reef to one side of the point that is partially protective and does not have shore break during larger swells. It's so lovely inside and out with hardwood floors and stone countertops. Stone bathroom floor, private locking yard w outside beach shower and gardens. No sub-letting. Trial lease period of 2 months before any longer lease considered. No smoking property, no candles, or burning of anything/ no BBQ. None pet property (highly allergic owner) Mandatory professional cleaning of yard and house *extensive or negligent AC use may be added fee of $100. if AC's are left on (there are 3) when not home or used when not needed (for heat, or outside noise annoyance)
