This lot is basically my lot! Border lines with my property/grass. So every time I cut the grass I cut this grass as well that’s listed for $3100! The law states that if someone has been maintaining a piece of property for over seven years, it is rightfully theirs/declared theirs! When I spoke to Bob Vila Shaler Township building inspector! He told me he does not know who owns that property, which is kind of funny, because there is a sub pump that sits on the property with a huge hole that could easily have one of my children fall down in it! I hit it with my tractor, driving while cutting the grass causing damage!
