Highway 548, Hermanville, MS 39086

This tract is in east central Claiborne County north of MS Highway 548 near Hermanville and is accessed via a deeded easement. There is one main ridge running north and south to the east fork of Booths Creek. The east and west sides drop into bottoms bordered by smaller spring fed branches that run north to the creek. North of Booths Creek the terrain steadily rises to the north property line. This tract is an excellent hunting and recreational property. Interior trails navigate this property to multiple food plots and spring branches as well as slough full of ducks and a nice little pond. The timber consists of various aged, planted pine stands and big pretty hardwood/pine mix along the creeks and springs.
