The property is a little over 60 acres located in Sage Valley which is located in north central Nevada about 20 miles south of I-80 and approximately an hour and fifteen minute drive west of Elko, Nevada. It is high desert country, mostly sage, surrounded by public lands for limitless recreational opportunities. In June of 2016 I spent a week at Sage Valley with a backhoe and made many improvements to the lots including longer driveways and a dug out area to bury a 20 ft shipping container or construct an in-ground storage building from concrete blocks or earthcrete. I have a design for a very cool hobbit type house made from earthcrete (a mixture of portland cement and dirt).
