The condo is on 2 floor with just one flight of stairs. Very nice patio. Excellent floor plan. Fully equipped kitchen. It doesn't feel like rental, it feels like home. Heated pool and Jacuzzi on property, paid laundry facilities, gym. Everything is in excellent condition. Minimum is 1 month, 3-6 months preferred. All utilities are included in the price: water, electricity, internet, basic cable. Cleaning is your responsibility. You receive the apartment in perfect condition- we expect the same in return. Cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit if the condo is not in move-in ready condition at check out. No smoking of any kind inside the apartments or in hallways. Please smoke outside of the building. No parties. Quiet hours are 9pm-9am.
