The house is located in the small town of Hamburg Minnesota, which is about 45 miles from downtown Minneapolis. I currently have 3 rooms for rent .Two are located on the lower level which is separate living space form upstairs. Room #1 is 15ft.x14ft and is currently furnished with a twin bed and armoire. Room #2 is 12 ftx12ft and is currently furnished with a twin bed and a six drawer mirror topped dresser. All furnishings can be used or removed as desired. Both rooms are carpeted and have locked private keyed doors. The shared living space consists of a 18ftx25ft living/T.V. room currently furnished with two couches and a large leather chair with foot stool and two book shelves. The Bathroom has a stand up shower stall and Two vertical linen closets for storing toiletries. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and some basic cooking utensils it does not have a table or chairs at this time but could be quickly supplied if desired. This space would be shared with only one other person and has a private locked entry which is accessed through the garage. However the washer and dryer is located on the lower lever and would have to be share with the rest of the house.<br> Upstairs has one room that is 14ftx12ft two large closets, built in dresser/book shelf but is currently unfurnished with a bed or dresser. The living space would be shared with only myself. The kitchen is very large with lots of cupboard space and a center island. The living room is 18ftx22ft, hardwood floors, a small deck off the living room which can only be accessed through the living room. The bathroom is 15ftx91/2 ft has a whirlpool bath and a stand up shower stall vertical linen closet with drawers for toiletries. <br> All rooms are $500 u.s. dollars per month due on the 1st day of every month . Utilities cost of $85 due with the 2nd months rent and each month there after. Plus a $250 u.s. dollar damage deposit . Total move in cost is $750
