Hawaiian Ocean View Ranchos is an up and coming South Point area with wide paved roads and almost all lots have an expansive ocean view. You can probably see South Point from the lot also. Neighbors are using wind and solar power and that may be the most economical way to go though regular electric is also available. The jagged lava rock surface can look intimidating, but the big D-9 Bulldozer just pushes it around to flatten the lot and crushes it into small rocks with its weight. You can observe the difference with pictures of established homes in the area. What a deal at this price! And nice neighbors too!
