Kames Ln #6, Bella Vista, AR 72715

A lot of people look far and wide for lots like this one on Kames. It is compelling for many reasons, the size alone almost a half acre, the privacy, it has a slope but nothing like the Matterhorn, or the back bowl of Vail. It's a quiet area of Bella Vista and if you had an arm like Justin Verlander you could possibly throw a ball and hit Loch Lomond, it's that close. Also, in proximity is the Branchwood Rec Center, Highland Golf which has incredible calzones and down the road further is the 1-49 bypass. This little nugget of a street has some building on it right now, which is always a good sign that it just might be something special.
