The neighborhood Waldo is a charming neighborhood just south of downtown KC. It's family friendly with ample variety of restaurants, bars, bakeries all within walking distance of the house! The Trolley Trail runs North South for pedestrian & bike friendly recreation and there are neighborhood parks just blocks away too. Waldo is a quiet neighborhood. And, given it's location in South KC some road traffic and occasional sirens should be expected. Getting around You are welcome to park in the driveway along the side of the house, it is big enough for 1 car, and is sloped. You are also welcome to park along the street in front of the house, where parking is free on both sides 24/7. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am.
