You can also walk around to check out the restaurants and shops only a few blocks away from the property. Uber/Lyft is also a very recommended mode of transportation and very accessible in this area. HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed.
