There is a separate main house on the property but plenty of distance between structures. The cottage has 3 rooms: one bedroom, a living room with a full kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). The kitchen has granite counters, a full size gas range, refrigerator and plenty of cabinets. There is an on demand hot water heater (gas), ceiling fans, and fenced and gated yard areas. The washer and dryer are separate from, but shared with, the main house. Aside from the kitchen and bath cabinets there is only one indoor closet, so storage space is limited in this respect. A single mature pet will be considered, but only with prior approval. No smoking. If you have a lot of stuff, like to play your music loud, or do a lot of entertaining, this isn't the place for you, but if you are looking for a quiet residential area near the beach and bike path this is ideal.
