Located on the second floor of a two-story building, the condo is single-level inside. Its living and dining areas connect with a furnished lanai, giving guests separate places to relax indoors and outside during a Wailea stay. The bedroom has a king bed, while a sofa sleeper in the living room provides the additional sleeping arrangement for a maximum of four guests. Split air conditioning serves the bedroom only; there is no AC in the living room. Guests using the sofa sleeper should be comfortable sleeping without air conditioning. This makes the cooling arrangement an important consideration when choosing the condo for more than two guests.
