We spoke to the city planner about building possibilities, and found that zoning allows for TWO site built homes PLUS One guest house per main house! THIS BEING SAID- you could turn this into an incredible homestead for family living, or, an amazing investment opportunity for multiple AirBnB/rental homes! There was, many years ago, a house on the property, but today, the barn is the only remaining structure. A well, electric and septic would need to be redone, but could be done so very easily. There is already a perfect spot cleared for a home!
