Zillow will not seem to load updated photos I have more or can answer questions about layout. This is a private/quiet garage apartment. It is a detached garage studio apartment. The apartment has its own small fenced in yard that backs up to 80+ miles of Kingwood Greenbelts. Laundry Room use will be permitted. If you do not want to use my WiFi there is a fiber uplink in the closet that is next to the desk cubby that you can activate through Tachus. The desk cubby has its own light and 4 outlets. There are two large closets. One large private restroom/shower and a full kitchen. The counter space is made large enough to add bar stools to and can be used for a table. This is a nice location only 20 miles from downtown in a safe neighborhood, 15 minutes to the airport. This will be for 1 person only. 2 may be considered; however there is only 1 parking spot. The tenants in the home are introverts and will not bother whom ever is in the apartment. It is great for a WFH job or if you have to drive downtown. Some of The pictures are old, however the apartment looks the same. It is getting new floors and paint and a deep cleaning. Due to my last tenant I did not check in on for two years, I will do a quick look every three months as well as to clean the A/C filter. I can also weed eat the small yard when I'm taking care of mine. There is a 21 foot sidewalk to the back of the garage that goes to a small concrete patio. And of course access to the Kingwood greenbelts right through the back gate. No neighbors in the back. Very private space. This rental is part of my income and it is very important to pay rent on time every month. Renter must have held a job for a minimum of two years or in the same field for 2 years. I will not rent to a teenager or someone with a part time job. Steady reliable income required. Cats allowed, Dogs on a case by case basis. (Major damages by a small dog from last tenant). Owner Pays all utilities unless renter opts to have own internet connection installed and then they will be responsible for this setup and payment. 3 month required then a month to month contract is to start.
