We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors. Pet and smoke free home. Additionally, as this home is custom themed, any missing and/or broken objects will be charged a replacement fee for the full market retail price plus 30% designer fee. There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge.
