For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets. We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need. Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please kindly let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after. Please kindly note the thermostat is locked to prevent the temperature from being set below 72F for safety reasons and prevent the unit from freezing. Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects. Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors. Pet and smoke free home. Additionally, as this home is custom themed, any missing and/or broken objects will be charged a replacement fee for the full market retail price plus 30% designer fee. There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge.
