The lower-level laundry room doubles as the tenant's kitchenette and includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig, utility sink, dish-drying racks, dining table, and smart TV. The laundry facilities are shared with the upstairs resident, who may access this room as reasonably needed for laundry. As a reciprocal convenience, the downstairs tenant may reasonably use the upstairs full kitchen for more substantial cooking or dishwashing. It includes a cooktop, built-in wall oven, full-size microwave, and dishwasher. The upstairs living room and upper deck remain reserved for the upstairs resident. The home is located beside a long-preserved natural bird sanctuary, and the wooded surroundings attract songbirds, owls, foxes, and other local wildlife. Two small dogs live with the upstairs resident. Normal sounds associated with an occupied home may occasionally be heard. Minimum stay is 30 consecutive nights. Rent is $1,750 per month with a $1,750 refundable security deposit. The suite is furnished, and reasonable utilities and Wi-Fi are included. Ordinary pets are considered individually with prior written approval and a one-time $300 nonrefundable pet fee. Shared laundry facilities are located downstairs. The tenant may reasonably use the upstairs full kitchen and dishwasher when needed.
