Most of the property is cleared and has been grazed by cattle for years. This very pretty property is located within the beautiful area of Duck Creek. From the highway leading into the area, you'll enjoy a scenic, park-like drive to your property through rolling country hills that are laden with established farms and respectable homesteads. The location is very convenient, within a ten-minute drive to the small town of Sneedville, where your needs for necessities will be met—groceries, gas, pharmacies, banks, medical clinic, regional hospital, medical evac by air, co-op for farming products, hardware store, schools, churches, eateries, the dollar stores, a library, the county offices and the courthouse. Electric & phone are near and high-speed internet is coming. You'll need a well and septic system to build. A grazing lease for cattle terminates on July 31st, 2024.
