In addition to $286 annual WMPOA fee and the $143 annual Cabin Cove Water Fee (which pays for maintenance of the wells), Cabin Cove lots have an additional $500 transaction fee when sold the proceeds of which go into the Cabin Cove Well Account. When a home is built, there is a one time $1500 water hook up to community water service fee which goes into the Cabin Cove Well Account. The $1500 fee has been paid for on this lot and thus there will be no $1500 fee for hooking up to the community water service.
