Black Sands Beach is a foresty subdivision full of native trees and birds. Located in upper Kalapana with a little cooler climate but short drive to the sunny coast to see the lava and get in the ocean! Just off the pavement on Hilo st. (second lot from the corner of Diamond head) and a few minutes to Pahoa town. This is a nice lot a little less then half way through the subdivision gives a quick egress to the highway. Don't pass this by this is the affordable Hawaii!
