Unrestricted with mountain views, nice level laying lot here in the mountains great for campers, camping, and then close to all the outdoor activities between occoee and Nantahala rivers. Great place to play in the great outdoors and live in your camper. Getting hard to find unrestricted lot so this one might go fast. Get it while you can. Cabins and lots with campers already there in the subdivision. not for sure but recommend 4 wheel drive to get up mountain or a diesel truck to get then level. usage ranged form an RV camp site to a cabin.
