To go to the dock, there is a dedicated easement TO THE RIVER AND PRIVATE DOCK across the street from the subdivision at the far left of the yard from the new home on the river that is for sale at 2489 Riverbend. The easement is shown on the plat also. That easement belongs to La Petite Rouge subdivision. The plat of the subdivision is included in the pictures so that you can see where Lot 4 is. All other lots have been sold by me, the developer. The subdivision has a lovely New Orleans style metal fence around the subdivision.
