    SALE SALE SALE. RIVER ACCESS HOME Lot for sale with river access and dock on The Little Red trout river in the Ozark Mountains in north Arkansas (in Heber Springs). I am NOT a realtor. Whether you are looking for Rainbow or German Brown trout, fly fishing on the Little Red River in Heber Springs, AR in the Cow Shoals and John's Pocket area can be one of life's most exciting experiences, and finding the riverfront or river access property to call your own could be just a click away. This is part of the Ozark Mountain area of Arkansas. There are no trailers allowed and there are none in the La Petite Rouge subdivision now. John's Pocket fishing area is in view from the dock area. It is up to you whether you want to just relax and watch the crystal clear river water pass by or grab your fly fishing equipment and fish for that "big" trout. If you are not familiar with the Little Red River, it is a crystal clear trout river. The water level is controlled by the Greers Ferry Dam. See the map (Plat) in the pictures. The people that live in the homes on lot 2 and 8 have nothing to do with the lot, so please do not bother them. The lot #4 is straight back from the entrance into La Petite Rouge on La Petite Rouge Lane. It backs up to the fence and is wider than it is deep. To go to the dock, there is a dedicated easement TO THE RIVER AND PRIVATE DOCK across the street from the subdivision at the far left of the yard from the new home on the river that is for sale at 2489 Riverbend. The easement is shown on the plat also. That easement belongs to La Petite Rouge subdivision. The plat of the subdivision is included in the pictures so that you can see where Lot 4 is. All other lots have been sold by me, the developer. The subdivision has a lovely New Orleans style metal fence around the subdivision.
